Service Description
A1TrainingGroup's online personal training program prioritizes individualized attention, accountability, and real results. This flexible, budget-friendly service that provides the structure and support needed to achieve lasting fitness transformations. Here's how it works! Step 1: Receive a FREE initial assessment (in-person or zoom), every client receives a customized plan designed to meet their specific fitness goals after the consultation is over. Step 2: You will have 24/7 access to your personal trainer for any questions, comments or concerns that you might have, and you will have 24/7 access to detailed video workouts via the A1TrainingApp, so you have the freedom to train at your own convenience while still benefiting from expert guidance.
Cancellation Policy
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations Policies The client will have to escalate a claim to A1TrainingGroupLLC if a refund is requested from the client. If the personal trainer cannot train the client due to any circumstance or if the client does not want to continue working with A1TrainingGroupLLC’s personal trainer, a full or partial refund will be given to the client based on how many sessions were completed in the current package between the personal trainer and the client. Thus, if a refund is granted to the client, then the client will receive a refund equal to the amount of personal training sessions that are left in the client’s current personal training package. The client can switch personal trainers if the client’s primary personal trainer is not available to conduct personal training sessions. In this case, the client will not receive any refund. A 24-hour notice must be communicated by the client to the personal trainer or A1TrainingGroupLLC prior to canceling any personal training session, otherwise the refund will not be approved. If a session is held at one A1TrainingGroupLLC's physical locations (denoted as "A1's House") is canceled after the 24 hour grace period, a $50 charge will be applied to the client's account. If the client is late to a personal training session with the personal trainer, then the client will continue out the rest of whatever is left of the personal training session. The personal trainer can extend the personal training session upon their own discretion. If the personal trainer is late to a personal training session, then a refund can be granted, if requested from the client. The trainer is allotted a 10-minute grace period, therefore, if the trainer is late past the 10-minute mark then the client can request a refund from A1TrainingGroupLLC. This policy will not be in effect during major holidays: Christmas New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day Rosh Hashanah Yom Kippur Purim Thanksgiving Independence Day (July 4th) Labor Day Memorial Day
